Pets are not permitted.

In July and August arrivals and departures are only possible on saturday.

The rates stated include:

• Bedding
• Final cleaning
• Electricity costs
• Use of communal washing machine

The rates stated exclude:

• Reservation and administration costs € 60,= per booking
• Gas, when using the heating:
• € 7,= per day (Fiordaliso, Santolina)
• € 10,= per day (Rosa Canina, Carlina)
• Products from our kitchen garden
• Mountainbike  € 10,= per day

Provided on request:

• Cot (excluding bedding, € 4,= per day)
• High chair (free of charge)
• Baby bath (free of charge)

On arrival, you will pay a deposit of € 150,=.

Use of the swimming pool possible from April 28 till October 28, 2012.
