- The apartments have a cosy living/dining room with a well-equipped kitchen unit, comprising a sink, cooking ring (gas), oven (electric) and fridge. The kitchen unit is tiled with beautiful Tuscan tiles.
This is rounded off by a comfortable sofa bed. Of course, the accommodation has a television, in the form of a flat screen on a swivel arm. Perfect reception is ensured by an antenna/decoder combination. There is also a DVD player.
- The small apartments have one bedroom, the larger apartments have an extra room. Plenty of cupboard space is provided.
- The bathroom contains a shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet.
- French windows open on to a terrace / balcony with garden table and chairs.
- There is central heating throughout the apartment, should it be needed.
- And finally, a real Tuscan atmosphere is provided by typical features such as lighting, wrought ironwork and beamed ceilings.
